Every Republican member of congress should one at a time redeliver that speech the great O gave on paper until some one cracks. It's the kind of grandstanding the media can't help but cover, and when they do some of his speech will get air time. O the great will let his skin thickness show, Harry carry over may even propose a budget. Shucks, just stir the water and see what comes to the top, it can't get any worse.
