Race Cards

I will read the book "Mugged" but then what? I don't need to learn something twenty times over to understand it. There is no defense against racism but to accept it on its most literal level. Yes, I would prefer my own race and all the accouterments that come with it. No, I am less ashamed than angered that I have to make a public choice. If let alone my choices would be eclectic, but if it must be "fish or cut bait" then yes I am a racist and am pretty happy with the choice I made. Allow me to choose, in some situations I might be less adamant. But with a gun to my head, yes I am a racist!

When did it become illegal to "discriminate"? It's not. People do it every day. I like this food, I don't like that. I get to choose how I live my life, who I associate, and where I live. The state has no power over the vast preponderance of daily choices. Check the laws on discrimination and you will find it applies to limited situations. Such laws are appropriate and some (such as code of common carrier, where any paying customer has equal rights to service) go back centuries to the birth of our country and beyond. The media's obsession over equalizing all outputs in life is pure fantasy utopianism.

Diversity equals discrimination. When student (a) with a grade average of 65 is given a place in one of the most prestigious schools in the country over student (b) a National Merit finalist, based on race, this is discrimination.

As was reported by someone in Chicago, blacks are furious with OBama because white guilt has dried up.

FINALLY we are leveling the playing field so that MLKs REAL dream of NO color (this means no racial identity, FOOLS and SAPS!) can have a chance.

When Halle Barry (half white, CHOSE black), Sidney Poitier (all black but so misguided) and any host of black actors start talking about 'their' people, there is only one place to point the racial finger...and it ain't the caucasians.

Having said that, I know too many blacks AND whites who think more like Tom Sowell than those Hollywood high school dropouts ready to commit suicide if they can pinch an inch or grow a new wrinkle.
If you are sick and tired of seeing politicians and others playing the race card, or if you are just disgusted with the grossly dishonest way racial issues in general are portrayed, then you should get a copy of Ann Coulter's new book, "Mugged." Its subtitle is: "Racial Demagoguery from the Seventies to Obama."

Few things are as rare as an honest book about race. This is one of the very few, and one of the very best.

Many people will learn for the first time from Ann Coulter's book how a drunken hoodlum and ex-convict, who tried to attack the police, was...
