What about Tomas Jefferson? He sent a contingent of Marines over to the Mid-East to "whomp the crap out of a bunch of Arab-Pirates" who had captured some American seamen, and were holding them for hostage money! Ever heard of the "Marine Hymnn"? Guess where the "shores of Tripolie" are! From the time of Marco Polo the Mid-East has been known as a land of thieves and pillagers! To this day the have no industry. They build no automobiles, not tractors, no farm equipment. They go to Wal-Mart and buy,(with the oil-money the West has paid them for thier oil and opium) guns to kill one another and what ever crosses thier paths. Seems they invented Algabra and Arabian horses some thousand years ago and then proceeded to stagnate ever since!...

500 billion in ten years? That's 50 billion every year! Wow!!!! Let's try Obama! He has left the "billion's" in the dust! His missnomered "Health Care Bill" alone has upped the anti to "Trillions"! A whole new way the count! We no longer count in "billions", it's "trillions", and it's only taken him and his Democratic majority a little less than two years. Certainly pays to have a Harvard degree!

That's the problem!!! You specify a "good" republican! For some reason the Republican Party is reluctant to nominate a Right Winger. They continually preach "reaching accross the aisle!" That's not what the people who don't like Democratic policy are voting against! This new batch of Congressmen were not, repeat, NOT!!! elected to comprimise our nations Constitution with the Marxist Hoard that has infested Washington recently. Why don't the Rpublicans point out that the downturn in the economy occurred after Bush lost both the Congress & the Senate in 2006? Once the Democrats took over the spending policies of our nation, businessmen had to know thier future was overseas! Ireland, Indonesia, wherever they could find a national policy...

The "Gridlock" Bogeyman

The People need Gridlock! Thank God for Gridlock! People can fend for themselves if let alone, but when Big-Brother takes over, the people are doomed! Big government took New Orleans & stopped the people of La. from rebuilding under the guise of, putting in regulations that will protect the people from future hurricanes. Well the levee system that failed was a product of this same government that now professes to protect the public from catagory 3 storms. .... Are they supposed to have some sort of contract with God or Nature that there will be no catagory 4 or 5 storms? If the men who fish, trap and spend years in the swamp had been allowed to rescue the people on rooftops during the flood, there would have been a much more efficient...

A blind man is not blind because he wants to be blind. Therfore the Liberal policy entitles a blind person to the same "right" to be an airline pilot or a taxie driver as one who can see! Jobs are created to give people an income. The Conservative policy is that people conform to the job requirements, not that job requirements conform to people! Then they justify this absurdity by claiming they "put people first!" Mercle sees how that's working! (Or how it's failing!!!!!!!!)

As Checkov observed, "Education makes one bigger. It does not change the inherent being of people. If someone is a fool to begin with education makes him a bigger fool".
Thier "retirement" programs have become so lucritive that they will spend the rest of thier lives living high on the hog after they havecreated the mess that the rest of us have to pay for! They still won't be using the medical "Obamacare" that the rest of us have been Mandated with! Talk about a "Royalty" issue!!!!

Feingold Versus Johnson

Interesting also is that Feingold and his fellow government employees, while expressing support for Social Security, have excluded themselves from Social Security. Not unlike the're also excluding themselves from Obamacare! How about an amendment that makes government worlkers, (Presidents, Senators, Congressmen, included), subject to all the laws that the rest of us have to follow?

The difference between Obama & Sowell is that of a smart-alek-kid, who has just read an intellectual book and a worldly-wise, experienced old man! This Jonny-Come-Lately President, has had all the benifits that "Affermitive Action" could pile upon him. He has not experienced the world outside of Acadamia, and Politics. He still seems unaware that these two entities do not support the needs of the worlds people. Rather they feed off the efforts of the "worker-bees". He is likened to the Queen Bee. Doing none of the real work,(did not serve his country in the military, or hold a productive job in agriculture or industry), but takes on the position of "Commander in Chief", and with the aid of illegal actions, has taken on the leadership...

We have been swallowing this explination for so many years that a lot of people believe it! Bernie Madoff had a "system" quite similar. Had no one called it to the attention of the authorities Bernie could have kept his "system" going and finished out his life being another "Orical of Omaha"
