Is Obama Breaking the Law?

Health Care Insurance is not a plan that will give you any better burial right, at best it will produce Paper Caskets & Coffins at a raised import cost, many come from Pol&, South Korea, China, Malaysia, Hong Kong, & Puerto Rico to name a few countries that sell them in mass quantity. Isn't Health Care a mass quantity issue, it requires all American's to be Insured according to the govt plan & pay if not insured a Excise Tax speaking in terms of family meaning et.al.? States are passing laws to prevent a Federal movement to arrest people within their state but what happens to those that live elsewhere? Are those States going to protect out of state people or are they going to put them in jail? Insuring banks seems to me to be the best...
