I wish everyone had the ability to have Medicaid in their state. Their State Health Department needs to manage their Medical Records so they do not get lost at Private Doctor Offices which regularily use a hospital for testing and that costs the Medicare eligibles, a State Health Department does most of the testing themselves, even X-rays and sends you to get MRI's and Ultra-Sounds and they do Blood Testing by a visiting Registered Nurse that works for the Red Cross Blood bank so to get to know you better they got your results when they need them without having to have yet another doc appointment to get that. A visit to a doc cost a Medicaid patient non-employed only one dollar and that is the part which the Health Care Reform is trying...
