Since Nitrogen Oxides are created by the burning of fuels in Industry and Vehicles and has been identified in some instances to be created by lightening there was created in 2008 a means utilizing concrete with embedded Titanium Dioxide to turn them into harmless Nitrates. Normal lightning combines nitrogen and oxygen to form large amounts of Nitrogen Oxide. Nitrogen Oxide can also form ozone, a important greenhouse gas. Think about placing a box to capture the fumes inside tunnels and pipes that will suck air when a vehicle runs over them so that the captured air which is CO2 pollution will then have to pass through a Titanium Dioxide Filter and then who's to blame except Government for Pollution and Taxing the Taxpayers for Health...
