The equal protection clause of the Constitution basically says that if you codify (if that is an unknown word to you Gracie...LOOK IT UP) one type of behavior, then you cannot stop any other similar types of behavior.

In general, two things are certain.

First, Democrats believe that the Constitution is a hinderance, in spite of the fact that they take an oath to "protect and defend" it. That is awfully difficult to do when they spend most of their time in Congress trying to undermine it.

Second, almost ALL politicians, regardless of party, think their poop doesn't stink. But we all know that one cannot smell something that is between their own ears!

This is all the more reason for term limits!

Our rights are being usurped and taken from us daily. Our children are going to "enjoy" a lower standard of living than we ourselves enjoyed because of the gall of our generations' decisions and who we elected to serve on our behalf....
