The military has first right to try this s.o.b., and then hang/shoot/otherwise take his life as punishment for his actions. The more civilian lawyers allowed to "defend" him the more of a circus this will be. Hell, let's just put him in the dock with KSM for the "trial of the century" (Mr. Holder's w*t dream) and hope that they both get the needle from the same bottle. Kind of a one bottle two straws solution.
