The first response of the current administration was to pledge 1.5Bil$ to the effort to eradicate this impending plague. It was predictive of the response to our other ills; don't read the bill (or get the facts) just spend billions and trillions of dollars to "fix" the problems which shall surely destroy us! Millions and millions of dollars were literally thrown at inside players to do "research" and produce some form of vaccine against a disease that hasn't been defined yet. The sucking sound we hear is the dollars being siphoned into pockets without bottoms to deliver products without names for a disease that isn't dangerous. The swine in this whole boondoggle live in Washington D.C., and the CDC is part of the herd. This is plunder...

In its exclusive revelation of unpublished figures, AP says “Those estimates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) mean about twice the number of people who usually get sick in a normal flu season would be struck by swine flu.”
