Well said and thank you Dr Adams. I enjoyed a similar experience this week. While exiting a crowded flight I noticed a beautiful "grandma" type struggling with a bag. When I quietly offered to help her by carrying the bag she blessed me with a beautific smile and a detailed description of the grandchildren whe was excited to meet at the airport. The five minutes spent helping her was the best use of my time for the entire week.

One afternoon I stopped by the bank to make a few deposits. I was in a rush and needed to get in and out as soon as possible. I had places to go and things I had to do. I picked the worst possible time of day and the worst day of the week to do my banking. But I had been out of town and needed to catch up on errands before the weekend began.
