This isn't so much new since it was clear several years ago that Blacks would just be the "permanent" minority and end up like Blacks in Central and South Americas. America will be mostly a brown America, maybe in the lifetime of the younger readers but Blacks will still be stewing in their culture of white hate. Imagine - the majority Hispanics simply ignoring blacks whining about whites. The Black former slaves will just have little pockets of Calcutta-like culture. But they'll still vote for Obama.

In my many years of serving on faculty hiring committees, I have often heard the statement “minorities and women are encouraged to apply.” It usually follows in close proximity to the statement “our institution does not discriminate on the basis of race.” The two statements cannot be reconciled by logic. But, then again, logic is considered a form of white oppression at the postmodern university.
