What the ACLU needs to realize is what the first amendment to the United States Constitution actually does is prohibit the FEDERAL government from "establishing" (financially supporting) (or prohibiting) any religion. what part of the expression NO LAW do they not understand? The individual Sovereign States, however, are free to "establish a religion" if their citizens so desire. This Christmas practice on State property is a State matter, not Federal. Stay out of the Federal Courts.
