Black Opportunity Destruction

I note several comments about abolishing the US Department of Education. The last time I read it, the formation of such an agency, by the federal government, was not within the scope of the enumerated Powers of Congress.

Of course, since this isn't taught in our school systems today, few actually realize it.

It is an interesting experiment to have that section of the Constitution as a ready reference, and go through a listing of the various federal agencies and programs looking for authorizations. I leave it to the reader to research the Constitution, for I believe that a portion of learning the truth is to learn where to find it.
