Sadly, it's simply an accepted fact that Black children grow up in a fatherless society. This is the result of 50 years "progress" in one of the first major acts of Liberalism: LBJ's "Great Society" which began ca.1965, the year Mr. Elder cites in the article. If a liberal ever asks for an example of why Liberalism doesn't work, simply refer to this article and Moynihan's quote. Every liberal policy since has failed as will the ones yet to come.... all to the further diminishment of a civilized American society.
