So, after four long years, Senate Democrats have finally released a budget. It wasn't worth the wait, in that it doesn't constitute a serious proposal for reducing the unsustainabile levels of spending that will drive the US into decline if they remain unaddressed.
Some of what you need to know:
The proposal contains $1 trillion in proposed new taxes -- but doesn't balance the budget.
It would cut deficits by only $800 billion over the next decade.
It contains $100 billion in new "stimulus" spending for the Democrats' usual go-to claims: Infrastructure and job training.
