No, the libs were upset because Col. West wasn't the right type of black. A bit too upity for them. They had to make an example of him so that the rest of the negros don't get bit by the independance bug.

Rep. Allen West is in still locked in an extremely tight race this morning that is too close to call with Democrat Patrick Murphy, but West is behind by 3,000 votes.

Patrick Murphy has 160,328 votes, or 50.4 percent, to West’s 157,782 votes, or 49.6 percent, with 100 percent of precincts reporting, according to the Associated Press, which has yet to call the race.

Murphy called the race for himself last night and already gave a victory speech. West has yet to concede.
