No, Weed Isn't "Harmless"

This is a red herring...no one in intelligent circles claims marijuana is "harmless." There are plenty of legal drugs on the market that are far more toxic. The government wants to keep it illegal so it won't compete with synthetic drugs. The fact that it can be grown by anyone threatens the pharmaceutical company's stranglehold on American consumers. It also serves as a convenient way to keep the prisons full, which is big business. Lastly, the feds are threatened by the prospect of states exercising their thirteenth amendment right to pass their own laws. I'm surprised Steve Crowder isn't smart enough to know these things. Smoking anything and doing anything to excess is harmful. Alcohol and tobacco are far more toxic than weed.

Our friend Steven Crowder recently took a trip to Ann Arbor, Michigan to expose a common lie about Marijuana use: it's not harmful. It turns out, Marijuana isn't "just a plant" that does less damage than alcohol. According to a doctor Crowder interviewed in the video below, Marijuana actually lingers in your brain and when smoked at a young age, prevents maturity from taking place (imagine that!).

As Crowder pointed out in the video, there are many cases to be made on both sides of the Marijuana legalization...
