There are plenty of Protestant pasters who would be all to happy that their congregations join the US military and go to Afganistan to kill Muslims regardless of wether it protects the USA. And there are Rabbi's who would support the extermination of Palistinians. Religious conservatism is not sole vice of Islam.

I don't know what church you attend, but I have never heard any priest encouraging their flock to join the military and kill Muslims. Be careful bantering about the term conservatism.....it doesn't mean the same in other cultures.
