When Did the Rules Change?

Fantastic article Jonah. Are the rules changing? Possibly. We'll know better after the elections in 2010 and 12 whether that's the case. It could simply be that people are so worried about their job security and the economy that these other issues (environment, budget deficit, entitlements, etc.) pale in comparison. Which bodes VERY poorly for the Obama and the Dems. Thankfully. But a realignment of our politics and public opinion has already occured as the younger voters have become more liberal and Democratic and the older voters have become Republican and even conservative.
