Clinton's speech was the perfect illustration of hatred, the theme of every Democrat campaign since the slaveholders started political parties and partisanship. "More than any other" implies there was another administration involved. But there wasn't. For 8 years Bush-43 tried to get the racialist amendments to the Community Reinvestment Act repealed. But Democrats like Barack Obama filibustered their repeal in the Senate, and wouldn't bring it up for a vote when in majority (3 years, 7 months and some). The party has caused every recession and every depression in American history, and every significant war as well. It's time for them to be investigated under the RICO Act and prosecuted for their actions like the crime syndicate they are.

Politics takes a lot of brass. And Bill Clinton is a master politician. His rousing speech at the Democrats' convention told the delegates that Republicans "want to go back to the same old policies that got us into trouble in the first place."

That is world class brass. Bill Clinton's own administration, more than any other, promoted an unsustainable housing boom, which eventually and inevitably led to a housing bust that brought down the whole American economy.
