It would take longer than 2 weeks, but why isn't now the time to talk about repealing the 16th Amendment? The 16th Amendment nullified the 4th Amendment. The government has no right to know a person's income. America was different. People had a right to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, and shall not be violated ... The Framers designed a superior system of freedom and prosperity. Income tax is the backbone of socialism. We seem to love socialism, more than freedom. Thank you to Rand Paul, Sarah Palin, and Tom Cruz for suggesting now is the time to dissolve the IRS.

I am grateful for the few in black robes who can still uphold timeless moral principles and try to protect the majority of moral people who still believe that "the laws of nature and nature's God" should be the foundation of America's laws.

I dream of an America who understands that the structure of the Constitution was designed to control the national government, and Americans who are not constitutionally illiterate. How do people think that the U.S. became the strongest and most prosperous nation on earth?

Yes, thinkers are few and far between.

Uneducated and uncaring? They were "caring" for their own self interests. He promised lots of perks. How do we change the uneducated part? Until people want freedom and constitutional government more than political perks and government handouts, we will get the same type of politicians in office. The sad thing is that the Framers designed an ingenious system to elect a president which would place only statesmen in the office, not politicians. It is totally unknown today. We soon turned our backs on it and went to the machinations of party politics.
The Framers of the Constitution designed a far superior method to elect a President than what we do today. All states nominated candidates on the same day and all states were equal in the final selection. No billions of dollars in campaigning, campaign promises, catering to special interests, buying votes, or beating each other up or machinations of party politics! World Net Daily featured an article by Henry Lamb of "Freedom21" yesterday, "This is no way to elect a President" http://www.wnd.com/2012/03/this-is-no-way-to-elect-a-president/
