The reason adultery penetrates the collective psyche so deeply comes from the knowledge that marriage is instituted and ordained by God,as the foundation for the human soul and society. Violating the tenets of God's order results in a recoiling and disdain that other lapses of character and honesty may not engender. The fact so many people find adultery especially repulsive is a testament to the power of God's law written on everyone's heart. People instinctively know it is wrong in an ugly and grotesque way that distinguishes it from other types of wrongdoing.
Medved cannot be serious in suggesting a remake/sequel to a movie that never should have been greenlighted. The time for ambitious elite Republicans who favor Obamacare on a state level, amnesty for illegal aliens and ducking out of sight on serious national issues except when lapdog talks show hosts invite him on to slobber over him, is gone. While he could make an acceptable cabinet official, Republicans would never vote for him en masse.
Chavez’s racially insulting article suggests that Hispanic lawbreakers have to be bribed with a free border pass in order to turn to the Republicans. Her implication that federal laws should be applied strictly on race (Americans have to follow the law, but Hispanic illegal aliens should not) insults the American system. McCain/Kennedy and the Republican Party lost this war when the last attempt at amnesty for illegal aliens failed, and here is Chavez back with the same racial insults against those who oppose the illegal alien invasion, thinking she somehow will seduce Hispanics into the Party and get rid of the troublemakers who oppose her crackpot ideas. I suggest Chavez try to find a real job instead of advocating failed policies.

Chapman's pathetic attempt to garner a few Hispanic votes for the Republican party by condoning their illegal behavior failed in 2008 and continues to fail, as illegal aliens drain local governments through welfare and fill their prisons. Murders of citizens by illegal aliens mean nothing to Chapman, whose apparent loyalty is to the Party, and not to crime victims. His racist implication that people who break laws should be rewarded based on their race fell flat when McCain/Kennedy tried to force amnesty on America, and it continues to fall flat. Perhaps Chapman could spend a little time with the families of crime and gang victims to get their take on this invasion, or visit the bankrupt local governments forced to subsidize through...

Insurance companies scam and cheat medical providers and subscribers by deliberately and fraudulently delaying and denying claims by the thousands, until doctors and patients just give up. They have been subjected to class action civil lawsuits for hundreds of millions of dollars, and yet not one politician will call them out and start prosecuting the CEOs for their criminal activities. I suggest Chapman speak with doctors before writing his next column, to get informed about these lawbreaking thieves, instead of passing off insurance company talking points as commentary.
