This Point Cuts Both Ways

Great article. States that still fund circumcision via Medicaid waste on average about $1 million taxpayer dollars a year. Whatever our personal opinions on healthcare, it is painfully obvious that there are millions of people whose health care plans do not cover treatment they urgently need. Infant circumcision is not urgent treatment!
