Even if Cain did do it, so what? When it was "Our Bill", we were told it was "just sex" and didn't mean anything or effect his ability to do his job. Why is it a different story if the alleged "groper" is not a Democratic?

How long can these "representatves" be AWOL before their seats are considered to be open and special elections can be held to fill them? Is this an option?
Well, 378 plus 56 equals 434, which is NPR's entire listening audience. No wonder she got her knickers in a twist.

During the Bush Administration, then Senator B. Hussein Obama did not believe Harriet Miers was qualified to be on the Supreme Court because she didn't have any judicial experience. Now, he, Our Dear Leader, also nominates someone with no judicial experience, namely, Miss Testosterone, Elena Kagan. What is the difference between this situation and the earlier Bush one? Why is it okay for Obama to nominate someone just as inexperienced as Miers after his condescending diatribe about Miers' inexperience? Answer: the fawning main-stream media and a Congress with spineless Republicans who feel a president should get the justices he wants, no matter what kinds of destructive laws get passed afterwards. It's bad enough we are now stuck with...
Harry, Harry, Harry, get yourself a history book, preferably one published before the revisionists starting writing history books (translation: no Howard Zinn textbooks). It was the DEMOCRATIC PARTY that was in favor of the status quo of slavery; it was the DEMOCRATIC PARTY that was the party of segregation; it was the DEMOCRATIC PARTY that was anti civil rights; it was the DEMOCRATIC PARTY that was against women voting. Dixiecrats, Jim Crow Laws, jailing suffragettes, etc., all part of the DEMOCRATIC PARTY. Looks as if you are still getting your talking points from Barbra Streisand.
Every payday, in order for me to cash my paycheck, I have to show the teller my NYS ID card. Should I start carrying on about this? Why isn't that infringing on my right to privacy? If you have nothing to hide, showing your ID is not a big deal. Unless, of course, you are not supposed to be here.
I always knew the government would some day find a way to tax the air we breathe.

The purpose of the health care bills is not to deliver better or cheaper medical care or to cover everyone or any of the other reasons spouted forth by Our Dear Leader and his minions. The real reason is to control another private industry, health insurance, and more menacingly, to allow the government to control as many aspects of our lives as possible (even beyond what it now controls). If the government controls our health care, it also controls our very lives and bodies. It can then dictate how we live and make us virtual serfs to the government. If these bills are so great, why is Congress making sure it is exempt from being covered by them? If Kennedy had been just an ordinary private citizen and he had been covered by any of...

Yes: Giacomo Casanova (from Venice, Italy),
Rudolph Valentino (from Castellaneta, Italy), Charles Boyer (from Figeac, Lot, Midi-Pyrenees, France), to name a few.
The indigenous peoples of South America are not of Latin ancestry; they are descended from whichever family predecessors were originally in their individual countries. That is what makes them indigenous. Hence, since, they are not Latin, they would not have called their continent "Latin America"; the term would have meant nothing to them.
