I'd been under the impression that, while the Senate and the presidency are going to be legitimately hot contests, the Republican majority in the House is going to be the least of conservatives' worries. Apparently, however, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi thinks that all of this outrageous outrage over the trumped-up "war on women" is such a powerful demonstration of Mitt Romney's supposed incompetence that President Obama is falling back into the good graces of lady voters everywhere. The day is getting closer and closer that my daughter is going to take her diploma out of the frame, wad it up and let the kids stomp all over it (and perhaps spill some grape juice on it) and mail it back to Trinity College.
