This post from Releor400: " You cant blame them for being excited about all the blue sky Obama was promising. At least they are smart enought to realize now thats all it was, Blue sky.. Obama's lies wont sell this time around." ------------------------------------------------------------------- See Releor, No I just don't get it. Clearly and succinctly, I saw and heard ALL that obama was about in 2007/2008 when he was campaigning and I would say to people "don't you see nothing more than a snake-oil-salesman when you look and watch obama? Many would respond with...."no, he is truly the one we've been looking for". Now, come on, have we grown so ignorant in our beloved America that we cannot even tell the difference between (cont)

What is rather scarry is how quickly this liar's rise to power occurred. This makes Hitlers rise to power all the more understandable and demonstrates how damaging pride, lust for power, and the gullibility of mankind can be.
A new poll out shows that the youth vote that helped propel President Obama to the White House in 2008 won't be there for the Democrat to bank on this fall.

Young voters have historically preferred Democrats, but Obama's share of the youth vote in 2008 was historically large. The poll, conducted by the Public Religion Research Institute in conjunction with the Berkley Center at Georgetown University, finds that 48 percent of young voters prefer the President. In 2008, though, Obama won 66 percent of that youth vote - a massive drop in support for the President.
