That monstrosity and enormously diabolic "obamacare" bill was written quite a long time ago by anonymous people but you can count on it........those anonymous people are socialists/communists. The entire goal and agenda of obamacare along with obama is to take over and control the Economy of the United States. Those anonymous people cares NOTHING about the citizens of the United States........they care ONLY for their own power.

It doesn't seem to have been designed so much to create a viable alternative healthcare system in itself, as to destroy the last vestiges of the free market heathcare / health insurance industries before it "has to" be replaced with the "single payer" (i.e. socialized government monopoly rationed) medicine. While, of course, having government bureaucrats micromanage everything.
