I do not understand the statement heard frequently through the media .....and brought out here that Pres. Obama was "forced" into taking a stand on same sex marriage by Joe Biden's "gaffe" on Meet the Press. Immediately after making his "well advertised" TV appearance statement......the president left for California where he garnered mucho money from the entertainment liberals who had reportedly been "sitting on their wallets" because the president had disappointed them in his previous weakness on the point of same sex marriage. ....and now today we learn that the fonts of classified information are open to contributors in Hollywood for the making of a film about the death of Osama Bin Laden .....a film coming out before the election!

I have very much appreciated this site as a source of intelligent, well informed opinion pieces. I was very disappointed to see, under your Townhall caption, the advertisement, Time to Choose, We the Conservative Majority can take back....... I suppose that any candidate or their representatives and supporters can place an ad under your name. It was disappointing because I had been approving of your presentation of differing viewpoints. In order to accomplish that you need "ads" from every candidate to be as neutral as I had expected you to be.

Why can't the United States build an oil refinery in Montana and alleviate the need for a pipeline across Nebraska? They we could ship the oil products/gas by train tankers all across the U. S.
