No, the fascists aren't everywhere ... Most of them are concentrated in the Obama administration, on capital hill, and in the bureaucracies.

This article is 180 degrees out of one with the truth on every point.
A more powerful, overreaching police state is NOT the answer. The 2nd amendment is the answer. There was far less crime when firearms ownership, and carrying a gun openly, was commonplace and didn’t cause a stir of indignation from a bunch of wusses who are too afraid of their own shadow to even contemplate taking responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their families and communities. The government loves that “the government will protect me” attitude … It’s the source of tremendous power for the politicians and their agents. Look at the militarization of our police departments and the growth of the new Gestapo known as DHS. Wake up and smell the tyranny!
Many, if not most, of the "foiled terrorist plots" were actually instigated by the FBI. They recruits the "terrorists," instigate the attacks, suggested targets, conspired on methods, provided materials and training, and talked the dupes through the entire process, then busts them. How many would have done what they did if they had not been talked into it by the FBI? Is Boston a case where it "got away from" the FBI? Did the brothers catch on tonthract that they were being set up, then followed through on their own with real explosives? One has to wonder, based on the afbi's history of instigating so many other "plots" so they could "foil them and save the day," bolstering their prestige and growing their operations and funding.

Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them. - Miranda v. Arizona (384 US 438)

No bill should have ever been brought to the floor in either house. The 2nd amendment specifically PROHIBITS congress (and states and local governments) from infringing the right to KEEP and BEAR arms! Even proposing, or considering, or allowing consideration of such a bill is a violation of their oats of office "to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign AND domestic." As tragic as mass shootings are, they must be taken in perspective. They are NOT a major problem. More people are killed on an average weekend in Chicago alone than died at Newtown. The vast, overwhelming majority of gun deaths are - dare I state the facts - committed by young black and Hispanic male gang members againstneach other, virtually none of whom buy their guns at gun shows or by any other legal means that wold subject them to the "enhanced background checks" and other repressive measures proposed by Obama, Feinsteinm, Schumer, Toomey, and other tyrant wannabes. The ONLY purpose to be served by further restrictions on the citizens' rights to keep and bear arms is to assure tyrants that those "subjects" are defenseless.
One can only hope ...
