Take the Lead

Not really. Unions are run by Democrats, and funded by some of the dumbest workers on Earth. The UAW passes over workers who are articulate and thoughtful ... they simply want stone-stupid constituents to lead around by the nose rings.

Carlos, many will think that ws an unkind remark, but it is totally true. Most of these democrat rank and file teamsters and other union people are all, every lat one of them, dumb as a pail of rusty nails. They can't even do the math on something as simple as how they are going to buy gas and diesel to keep their rigs on the road. Same with stupid coal miners not being able to figure out who's shutting down their mines.

Yea, I understand that with the UAW, SEIU and the teachers unions. But teamsters, I've got to guess that they are a lot more independent than the others. I'm sure that a lot of them are in the union only because they have to be.

Good point. Never hear of Chrysler anymore.

Rasmussen Reports' Daily Presidential Tracking Poll today puts Romney ahead of President Obama 49% to 47% among nationwide voters.

Important to note, according to Rasmussen: approximately one-third of the data was collected before Romney's strong debate performance this past Wednesday. It looks like "[t]he margin of sampling error" for Rasmussen's daily tracking polls, however, falls at +/- 3 percentage points.

Still, the poll is good news for the GOP challenger.

"Today is the first time Romney has been ahead by even a single point since mid-September," Rasmussen states.

This news follows the positive trend...
