An open letter to the woman at the Dictator's town hall today: You mentioned you were looking for "change in a meaningful way for the middle class". You were not the only one thinking with their checkbook in mind. Let's think this one through a bit. You talked about the fact that your children go to private school. Don't you remember, the President doesn't like people to be able to send their children to private school. One step he took was disallowing students in DC to continue using vouchers to go to the same private school his children attend. (I personally thought he didn't think poor kids were good enough to go to the same school his kids did, but have no proof) Middle class versus the rich. See, you didn't know he thinks you are...

If the people you have aligned with in the past are no longer consistent, might as well make your statement. Risk the election. Because, if you elect someone who is not the best candidate, you will get the same result as if you elected the candidate you would never choose. I am from California. I wanted Tom McClintock for Governor. He was ahead, but when Schwarzeneggar announced, Tom's ratings crashed. McClintock is now in the House, so they are benefiting from his knowledge. However, the state of California has suffered through Schwarzeneggar. We had to threaten to impeach him before he started acting a bit more conservative. I think Maria threatened that she would leave him if he didn't start acting more like a Kennedy. So...
