I seriously doubt Hillary will run for president in 2016. Her 2008 run demonstrated her weaknesses, and against a still semi-known quantity. Also, the years since have taken a real toll on her health. She might become something on the order of UN ambassador in a future Democratic administration, but I don't see her occupying the Oval Office. At most a 15 percent chance.
