No, I'm a pragmatist. When you have a society where you have no real middle class, but a division between the super rich and very poor, eventually the poor turn on the rich and the government because they are fairly desperate.

Once upon a time, we had healthy capitalism in this country. That was in the 1950's, when the workforce was unionized, a family could make it on the salary of a single breadwinner (allowing the other parent to concentrate on the kids), the rich paid their fair share of taxes, the government lived within its means, etc. In short, everyone had a stake in the...
