A fresh Chicago Tribune poll shows Congressman Mark Kirk (R) and State Treasurer Alexi Giannoulias (D) tied at 34 percent apiece. That leaves quite a few undecided voters (22 percent, in fact), which isn't entirely surprising, given the nastiness of the race and the glaring flaws of each candidate.
