Okay, working my decoder ring to try to determine if you are making anything other than an argument...

Is it REALLY your contention that we didn't have a hand in Pol Pot's rise to power, first by devastating the country and then by toppling it's government and putting a nutcase in charge. Or do you just ignore the fact we devastated the country and instigated a civil war in it, and just look at the result where one side wiped the other out. (In this case, the rural population displaced by our bombings wiping out the urban population that supported the puppet government.)

A new report out from the Inspector General suggests that some GM dealerships received preferential treatment during the company's bankruptcy/bailout downsizing of dealerships because they were owned or operated by a minority or a woman:
