I know you don't want to answer it because you can't. But that doesn't make the question of when the fetus is a human being any more silly than when it is appropriate to declare war.. Logic dictates that there must be a time either at or after conception but before birth when the fetus is a human being. This is undeniable. I just want to know when you think it is and by what criteria.

Recently, Ann Coulter wrote a controversial column suggesting that numerous Republican losses in the 2012 election cycle could be tied to the GOP stance on abortion.
