I dont need to act out any defiance to the nanny state, I'm too busy dismantling it.... one progressive loon at a time, like you... NITWIT
Thank you for your permission, as if I care one iota about what you think, or deem acceptable for me to do. Since we are playing the permission game, I have some freedoms for you to exercise: Please feel free to drug and stone yourself to death with the oh so natural compounds provided by mother Gaia, but not while operating machinery that might hurt someone else. Please feel free to stick your unions up your ^$$, your safety regulations and nanny state bs down your own children's throats, and your Marxist, controlling political blather in the trash where it belongs. Have a nice day! :)
and the Kalifornication of Kolorado continues unabated. I was raised in Colorado back in the '70's, and left in the '80s when the Kalifornians started migrating en mass to my home. Now the place I grew up in is only a memory. Sad.

To make it work, the rate would have to be more like 18%. Exempt the income earned up to the poverty level, then tax all earnings over that. It's easy in concept, but there are no pols with the guts to do it. Not being able to favor certain groups or industries with tax breaks will diminish the power of the politician. No pol is going to give up power.

You don't sound like you ever were anything more than a RINO at best. You are certainly no conservative. So leave, good riddance.

Everyone has a price. We are about to find out what the price of freedom is for the middle class. Will the squishy middle roll over yet again, or will they wake up?

Agreed. Constitutionalism, not GOP allegiance is the answer. I work with a lot of latino immigrants, and they are receptive to conservative ideas. When confronted with the idea of turning the US into a failure like the countries they just left, you really get their attention. Tell them they are illegal scum, and they are gone Democrat

Wedge issues that support Constitutionalism, and were never used by Romney: 1) School choice - immensely popular among blacks and Latinos 2) "all people are created equal" - properly explained defuses the LGBT arguments 3) Freedom of religion - religious liberty explained is popular among evangelicals and other devout faiths - would have addressed Obamacare mandates 4) Healthcare - freedom of choice means employers should not have anything to do with your insurance. You choose a policy that suits you (Fluke), and get a tax deduction up to a certain amount. Everybody gets what they want. 5) Immigration reform - a spelled out policy that provided a clear rules for green card, worker permit, citizenship for some, border enforcement, etc.

no, the Federal government should get the heck out of the business of funding any educational institution! It is un-Constitutional and corrupting.
Oh, so they are going to include California data this time? That will definitely be a bummer for the Emperor. I noticed that the usual corrected numbers for September were never reported. Convenient, but eventually reality catches up with everyone, including the delusional Left.
