As disjointed as your rant is, I'll attempt to rebut. It is the democrats who parctice judicial activism, not republicans. Name 3 cases of conservative judicial activism. I'll wait. The Jim Crow laws were enacted by Democrats. Nice try, but no joy. The majority of the country want Obamacare overturned, which BTW, is the Constitutional means of repealing legislation. Obamacare was passed on a strict party-line vote, using VERY questionable and controversial legal maneuvering to even bring it to a vote, not to mention the hidden costs that are now becoming known. And all the propaganda prior to it's passage is turning out to be the lies the republicans warned of. No, the facists aren't on the right side of the aisle, they're on the left.
