Right - crony capitalism is yet another term invented by the left to discredit capitalism. Collusion between government and business has nothing to do with capitalism. Of course, if we had separation of economy and state, cronyism would not be possible.

What do you mean by freedom? How can there be capitalism without the freedom to keep the fruits of one's labor?

Maybe capitalism isn't taught in government schools because having the schools owned and run by the government is antithetical to capitalism.
Why do you say most of the world is capitalist? Doesn't almost every developed country have government heavily controlling and regulating just about everything? Education, health care, banks, you name it. Also, the more capitalist a country, the LESS impoverished it is.
#3 is true, but conservatives often make the mistake of calling government handouts "compassionate." Examples: Bush's prescription drug program, wanting to "save" Medicare, and favoring keeping the no-pre-existing-conditions part of obamacare. We must stay true to the idea of voluntary charity being the only compassionate way of helping others. Compassion cannot be forced!
What evidence is there that the U.S. was founded on Christian principles? Weren't the founders mostly deists. - believing in a god, but not in imaginary tales about a virgin birth and a dead man coming back to life?
