B-niles: It seems you do not have a sense of 18th Century knowledge and understanding of the extreme effort that went into the forming of our Constitution. We can NOT apply 21st century intrepretations. The rejections I'm aware of were mostly of a technical nature and the rest have been hidden by the Progressive Socialist Commies. BTW: According to this N.B.C. clause not only is B.O. not qualified to be POTUS but neither is M.R., Rubio, or Jindal!

Mr. York, I usually agree with your articles regarding current political situations... But, you are way off the mark on this Natural Born Citizen (NBC) issue. I pose the following questions for you to answer in a subsequent article: 1. Considering that 'every word is important' in the U.S. Constitution and was put there for a reason, why the carefully worded 'No Person except a natural born Citizen...' Being that the Constitiution was hand copied at least 16 words could have been eliminated from this document as they have no meaning in your opinion. 2. If meaning is to be applied, circa 1770's from European History, one can use their definition that was important for holders of public office. 3. McCain's issue was pure obfuscation!
