I respect your view and I too believe in God. My problem is when people try to take away things that I enjoy, i.e. video games, simply because THEY disagree with them. This is (supposed to be) a free country, and as long as what I do doesn't harm you, you should keep your hands off them. I am a Christian, but I think preachers who do nothing but beg for money on television do not honor God, either. But I'm not trying to make it illegal.
Senator Jay Rockefeller has introduced legislation to "study the impact of violent video games on children." This was followed by NRA head Wayne LaPierre blaming - in part - video games as a factor in recent school shootings.

Michael Brown wrote on Townhall that these are important steps to take, asking if those who deny the link between video games and violence - including the game companies themselves - are in denial.
