My Community is Southeast Michigan and I am seeing it as well. GM re-opened a closed Assembly Plant in Lake Orion to build the Chevy Sonic and Buick Verano last year. They also expanded the Detroit Hamtramck Plant to build the Volt and are also bringing Impala production from Oshawa to Michigan. Then there is the added shifts at Lansing Grand River to build Cadillac ATS. Not to mention the component plant expansions to build the new powertrains. Going under??? Doesn't seem like it to me and I am getting my information from myself and not some uninformed lady trying to sell books by slamming Obama in a web opinion piece...
