I'm sure everyone can agree to the above statement...well unless it's the straight label they covet. But if you're a homosexual with zero gay pride...does anyone care what you think?

Tinsldr2, you've confessed your demands are as much about semantics as rights.

Your arguments regarding terms or labels seem rather mean-spirited and hollow.

When you've tried to put forth an argument about 'rights' you've gone on and on
about free stuff coming down from government. This stuff is your idea of 'rights'.

You can't sound all bright and scholarly about God granted rights while crying for
Obama given bennies. Please try to decide.

Camber your statement makes so little sense It is hard to know where to begin/

Most conservatives believe as the founders that rights do not come from Gov.

No, I dont agree that Obama is a great Constitutional Scholar.

If Obama changed his mind and agrees with ME, that is nice of him, But my opinion and beliefs are not based on him as he is continually changing his mind and lying So we never really know what he believes.

I dang sure do not go around quoting him as someone to emulate like you do.

"rights are thing that Government GIVES people rights instead of the fact we have our rights from our creator as the Founders believed"

Is this the part where you start asking why government won't give some gal free health insurance because she's shacked up with a government worker Tinsldr2?

You need to make up your mind.

So you don't agree with Obama on man/man marriage/

again...you'll need to decide.

I am sure Camber agrees with Obama and thins highly of Obama's knowledge about the US Constitution but like most things here I say it is garbage.

I think this sums it up "the over 1,100 rights that right now are not being given "

Typical of Obama and his worshipers, that statement shows Obama's and Cambers belief that rights are thing that Government GIVES people rights instead of the fact we have our rights from our creator as the Founders believed.

G.K. Chesterton observed in The Superstition of Divorce that “reformers of marriage . . . do not know what it is, or what it is meant to be, or what its supporters suppose it to be . . . .” Marriage opponents, who today seek not to reform but rather redefine marriage, appear to suffer from the problem diagnosed by Chesterton almost a century ago.

In their heedless rush to establish the legitimacy of...
