Tinsldr2 Wrote: 7 minutes ago (7:59 PM) No i want to keep the same marriage license and have the Gov Stop Denying equal rights and protections to some people on a capricious and arbitrary basis. This is where you lose the argument Tinsldr2. Four facts and a question;

(1)You say government has the right to designate and discriminate along gender lines.
(2)You say you recognize a difference between Man/Woman and Man/Man.
(3)You’ve also said couples should be able to acquire every right of marriage without marrying.
(4)You’ve also said you’ve read the equal protection clause and understand it’s about individuals.

Love, Kweer, Normal, Homo, Homosexual, Want, Hetero, Straight, Phag, Gay or Like?

Not when it comes to legal rights I dont

(3)You’ve also said couples should be able to acquire every right of marriage without marrying.

No i NEVER said that

yes equal protection is about equal treatment

We know if two women go to get married the state denies them that fundamental right

Is it too much to ask that the focus of this Sunday be on football and not on “gay rights”? Will I be branded as a homophobic bigot for daring to make such a request? (I can answer that already: Yes!)

Last week, Fox News ran the headline, “Baltimore Raven linebacker [Brendon Ayanbadejo] uses Super Bowl spotlight to promote gay marriage,” reporting that, “Hours after Ayanbadejo’s team beat the New England Patriots on Sunday, paving their way to football’s biggest game, the three-time Pro Bowl special teams player wrote an email to gay marriage proponents asking how he could use...
