Let's clarify these issues; Homosexual men love Scouting. They also know parents won't let their Cub Scout go camping with a homosexual man. They know there entrance into Scouting will destroy it but homosexual men love Scouting.

Lets see...less than one percent of Canadian homosexuals have tied the knot. I've seen homosexuals marching and chanting..interviewed on TV...telling us they're in a relationship and if only we'd change marital definitions...they'll adopt the straight label and honeymoon at the Caymans.
Seven years later...less than one percent of Canadians with homosexuality are married. Do Canadians have a different strain of homosexuality or was this never really about wanting new marital rules?

"was this never really about wanting new marital rules?"

Ultimately, it seems to be mainly about furthering the illusion that "gays" are just like everyone else except for "who they love."

Must be DCM...why do they crave my approval? Where's that Pride?

For that matter, why do they want to be accepted within the very same paradigm (marriage, which implies sexual restraint) that they rebel against?

I once read about a "gay" activist who opposed the idea of homosexuals trying to imitate anything about heterosexuality. The reason he doesn't seem to have been widely listened to seems to be that such honesty about homosexuality would seriously undermine the whole gay-rights movement.

Here's my question:
Alot of activists and lib/progs don't believe in God anyway or conveniently say they don't when they encounter some scriptures that conflict with what they want to do. Some people refer to this as a "moral dilema". So, the question is; why would they care if we amended the bible.
You could amend the Koran as much as you want and I still wouldn't follow Muhammad. You could amend the Hinduist's bible, that still would make me favor their faith.

The California Kindergartener says; "But Teacher! say we're to honor Harvey Milk because he was a homosexual politician...what's a homosexual Miss Plimpkin?"
But don't forget, this is all about 'Bullying'.
"Miss Plimpkin...Harvey Milk was sleeping with a kid less than half his Church says that's wrong....who is right Miss Plimpkin?"
But, don't forget...all they want with your children is some understanding.

Homosexuals really want government marriage. They want it but don't care for prerequisites. They're begging us all to change the rules and definition so they can have government marriage too.
Or, they'd be happy if government granted only civil unions to everyone and took government marriage away altogether. But homosexuals really want government marriage.

An Anglican Priest knows outing his pursuit of other men's backsides will tear apart his Church. But he loves the Episcopal Church but wants his sex life discussed by families even more. But he loves the Episcople Church. Don't forget that part.

Fresh off his attack on America’s gun control laws, Piers Morgan set his sights on another set of laws that trouble him, the laws of Moses and the Bible. But before he called for an amendment to the Bible to recognize “gay rights,” Morgan actually asked his guest, Pastor Rick Warren, a very fair question, and Warren stumbled in his answer.

Of course, Morgan’s timing could not have been worse. After all, this was a Christmas Eve interview with a Christian leader, and Morgan is not exactly riding a wave of popularity. And to compare the Bible to the Constitution shows...
