Donjindra, is the phrase 'Separation of Church and State' written somewhere?

"Donjindra, is the phrase 'Separation of Church and State' written somewhere?"

Are the words "Christian State" written somewhere?

It was written in a LETTER from Thomas Jefferson to a Baptist group, and the context of the phrase is that the Government is forbidden to interfere with the free exercise of religion. So (A) it's not in any official document of the USA and (B) it says exactly the REVERSE of what the atheists and crybabies think it says.

So, when Jefferson attended Church in the Capital rotunda, it was fine? Why don't those I asked of this question answer it Audi?

you are wrong....please go back and read the Bill of Rights, last time I checked it was an offucal document of the USA

Ammendment 1

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Lie #1. It's in the Constitution as a concept.

"(B) it says exactly the REVERSE of what the atheists and crybabies think it says. "

Lie two. To claim that the wall of separation is suddenly a *union* is ridiculous, self-serving nonsense.

Yes, just as it's fine for certain congressmen to have prayer meetings there today.

Donjindra saying it isn't in any official US Document
Bill O'Reilly asked this question on his Fox News program last week: "Why do I have to be the leader defending Christmas against its attackers?" O'Reilly was criticizing Rhode Island Governor Lincoln Chafee's renaming his state's Christmas tree a "holiday tree."

Good question. It's time for Christians to realize that their religion is under attack, and they had better start fighting to win the war for religious liberty in public opinion, in the courts and in the schools.

The war against Christianity has been waged by the American Civil Liberties Union, the Freedom From Religion Foundation and similar groups....
