"path to citizenship"....what a joke. If you believe Mexicans living here want to become Americans...you obviously don't know any of them.

What's occuring then?

Two powerful entities are conspiring against the natural return of these Mexicans.
The Mexican government has made it perfectly clear they don't want them back and they do need the remittances.
The second is the Deemocratic Party. They know if they can keep the Mexicans and keep them poor (victims) they'll never lose the Oval Office again.

Yup, there's a whole lotta cal-ku-latin going on and it isn't very Godly. Labels used to misinform and polarize is such a joke.

No, it's obvious unless you're stupid. Those Americans intend to leave when the work or benefits dry up. The difference is a lack of Canadian arrogance. Unlike here, they don't assume those Americans want to become Canadians. They understand why we don't learn their language.
Write this down; Nearly all of the Mexicans living here are proud Mexicans. They live and work amongst nothing but other Mexicans. They listen to Mexican radio...watch Mexican TV...they never really ever moved here....they brought Mexico with them.
If the jobs and benefits dry up...they'll leave. They're not big fans of our way of life.

hint; Thousands of Americans are living and working in Quebec. They don't learn French. Why not, are they lazy?

In 2006 and 2007, Republicans promoting amnesty favored the cliche, “Immigrants do the jobs American’s won’t do.” It was a bad argument then, and with unemployment still hovering around or over 9%, for the last five years, no one even bothers with that anymore. Instead, Republicans are selling amnesty based solely on political expediency. The new cliche is that Republicans will never win the Hispanic vote unless they support amnesty. John McCain, who led the last great push for amnesty says. "The Republican Party is losing the support of our Hispanic citizens. And we realize this is an issue in which...
