Inglewood is predominantly black there for they would be racist to vote out one of their own. Look at jesse jackson jr, marion berry, etc. The list could go on for about an hour.

They could have had conservative Star Parker in nearby Compton, but voted for some other loser.

They don't vote for someone who is black, they vote for someone who is left.
