So lets say a fellow and his family come across the border ILLEGALLY, then land in California. Senor anybody, who has carefully couched on how to obtain food stamps by our regime while still in Mexico..........makes a beeline to where? The California DMV of course to get an easy drivers license [much easier to obtain than for you and I who were born in the US.]

Then for Senor Anybody, the US opens its arms. He can apply for welfare. He can apply for Obama Stamps. He can even say he has a bad back and get some quack doctor to attest to that. Then with the help of the many slip and fall lawyers out there, he can claim he has a bad back, which will rake in an extra $1,000 in disability per month. Maybe his 2 children have learning disabilities, so times that $1,000 per month times three. Then what about an Obama phone? Only in America.

The financial crisis is over and the recession ended in 2009. But one of the federal government's biggest social welfare programs, which expanded when the economy convulsed, isn't shrinking back alongside the recovery.

Enrollment in the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, as the modern-day food-stamp benefit is known, has soared 70% since 2008 to a record 47.8 million as of December 2012. Congressional budget...
