Like anyone in the TEA Party was going to vote Obama? No, take it from me TEA Party folks were not "sitting this one out", they were not voting third party (serious ones at least) and they most certainly were not voting Obama. Now with Ryan they may be more compelled to donate their money but their vote was Romney. If not they were idiots with no real concern over the country save for their own warped feelings, you know like Democrats only the Republican version.

C.W.2, the enthusiasm of TEA Party folks means that they are more likely to vote and more likely to run the gauntlet of New Black Panther thugs. Don't underestimate the importance of enthusiasm. It means also that TEA Party folks are more likely to spread that enthusiasm to their friends and neighbors.

I consider myself a Tea Party supporter here in Colorado even though I am not active or anything in the movement. I admit there was no way I would have voted Obama but Romney I didn't see as being enthusiastic over & might have voted Johnson, might have voted Romney in Nov.

Now, I'm 100% Romney/Ryan & will be sure to vote in November. Paul Ryan represents the fiscal responsibility I believe we need and is by far the most important issue to me.

It was a big question when Mitt Romney clinched the GOP nomination: Can he gain the full support of the Tea Party? With his announcement of Paul Ryan as his running mate today, Romney did just that. Tea Partiers are excited about a Romney/Ryan ticket and will surely mobilize their effective grassroots efforts to beat Barack Obama and Joe Biden in the fall.

From the Tea Party Patriots:

Tea Party Patriots welcomes the selection of Paul Ryan as the Vice-Presidential running mate for Governor Mitt Romney. With this selection, Governor Romney and the Republican Party...
